- Combine 2 from the 3 cups (500ml) water and also the sugar inside a microwave-safe bowl heat in microwave on high for five minutes.
- Stir the mint in to the sugar/water syrup let are a symbol of a few minutes. Strain and discard the mint leaves in the syrup put aside.
- Stir the lemon sorbet, lime juice and remaining 1 cup (250ml) water together inside a large pitcher until well combined. Pour the mint-infused syrup in to the mixture. Add soda water and stir.
