INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons of. flour
4 Tablespoons of. butter, divided
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine
1/4 cup water (optional)
2 Tablespoons of. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon. rosemary oil (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Pound chicken until thin. Dredge gently on sides with flour. In large skillet, melt 2 Tablespoons of. butter and saut mushrooms over medium heat until browned, about ten minutes. Remove mushrooms and hang aside.Melt remaining 2 Tablespoons of. butter in skillet. Add chicken and prepare through, 4 minutes on every side. Remove to serving platter. Return mushrooms to pan, stir in cooking wine, water, parsley and rosemary oil. Heat and pour over chicken.
