Directions

Boil, uncovered, about a few minutes or until the majority of the liquid is evaporated. Add mushrooms, vinegar, soy sauce, and honey go back to simmer. Prepare and stir about 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in butter until melted. Spoon over steak. Makes 4 servings.
