3/4 c.chopped mango
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tablespoons of. soy sauce
2 tablespoons of. freh grated ginger root
4 tablespoons of. brownish sugar
4 large garlic clove cloves
1 1/2 teaspoon. fresh ground pepper
2 teaspoon. allspice
2 teaspoon. dried thyme
2 teaspoon. salt
2 medium habanero chiles, seeded
2 pounds ground pork
3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs
2/3 c. finely diced mango
1/2 c. minced onion
3 tablespoons of. fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon. fresh grated ginger root
1/4 teaspoon. fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons of. minced flatleaf parsley
1 large vine ripe tomato, seeded and diced
vegetable oil for that grill
6 ciabatta- or panini-style rolls, split
1 cup mayonnaise

For Hamburger: In bowl of mixer, add 3/4 c. chopped mango, 1/2 c. chopped onion, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of. ginger root, brown sugar, garlic clove cloves, 1 1/2 teaspoon.pepper, allspice, thyme, salt, and habaneros. Process until it forms a thick paste. Inside a large work bowl, mix this paste using the ground pork and panko. Cover and hang aside in refrigerator not less than one hour to marinate.

For Salsa: In normal size bowl, combine 2/3 c. finely diced mango, 1/2 c. minced onion, lime juice, 1 teaspoon. ginger root, 1/4 teaspoon. pepper, parsley and tomato. Cover and refrigerate until available.

Set a propane gas grill having a mediterranean. high zone along with a medium zone. Rub hot grill grates rapidly having a paper towel drenched in oil to create nonstick surface.
Form hamburger meat into 6 large patties. When grill is hot, place over mediterranean. high temperature for five minutes to sear. Switch and move patties to medium heat, close lid and prepare for around 8-ten minutes, for burgers to become cooked through. Set burgers aside on the platter.

Place rolls, cut side lower, over mediterranean. high temperature for thirty seconds to at least one minute to toast. To put together, smear mayonnaise on halves of the bun, place 1 patty below 1 / 2 of a roll, top having a large spoonful of salsa, and finished with bun top. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 large burgers.
