I've chose to make this in regards to a dozen occasions now & it's perfect each time. I've attempted it with blackberries, pitted cherries, bananas & particularly. all of them work superbly. Fresh or frozen too. The final couple of occasions I've allow it to prepare for around 5 mins longer because it creates this gorgeous soft strudel like texture - yummo! Also great with vanilla ice-cream, cream, or custard. I would suggest this to everybody! Appreciate supplying the recipe. it's be a regular weekly highlight within our home. -)
Fabulous, easy, and that i had all of the ingredients on hands. I made use of 2 c. frozen blackberries and everyone devoured it :) (edited to state: this is really foolproof. The 2nd time I made, I didn't remember the 2nd 1/2c. of sugar, and so i capped with sifted powdered sugar once it cooled--still scrumptious! Also, used 1c. blackberries and 1c. cherries--still scrumptious!!)
