3oz box of red Jello
3oz box of blue Jello

I wouldn’t make sure they are any more powerful though, since the gelatin within the jello needs water to create the alcohol. Insufficient water, and they may not set.
2. Distribute evenly into 50 1oz cups, filling only oneOr3 full, then refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hrs.
3. Next may be the white-colored layer this is actually the hardest a part of these tricolor shots! Place powdered gelatin and water in normal size bowl, let soak for five minutes to permit the gelatin to “blossom”. Inside a medium saucepan, heat cream, milk, sugar and vanilla flavoring to some simmer, stirring from time to time. Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add vanilla vodka.
