Cut the beef over the grain into thin strips. Add some marinade ingredients. Marinate the beef for 25 minutes.
As the beef is marinating, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Fill a sizable saucepan with sufficient gently salted water to pay for the noodles. Provide a boil. Add some noodles and prepare, uncovered, until they're al dente .

Use chopsticks or perhaps a wooden spoon to split up the noodles while they're cooking.
Drain the noodles and toss using the sesame oil .
Heat the wok over medium-high to high temperature. Add two tablespoons oil. Add some beef. Brown briefly, then stir-fry until it changes color and it is almost cooked. Put aside.
Add two tablespoons oil towards the wok. Once the oil is hot, add some garlic clove. Stir-fry until aromatic, adding the carrots. Stir-fry for around one minute, adding the shredded cabbage and prepare for another minute. Add some noodles and prepare for around 2 more minutes.
Add some sauce towards the wok. Return the beef towards the pan. Mix everything together and serve hot.
