I’ve made these for a long time now however i don’t make use of the butter, the bacon provides enough fat and grease of these tasty little bites

Nice idea, terrible recipe! The cooking occasions are off. Should you stick to the occasions within the recipe you finish track of limp bacon swimming in fat. The recipe is much too sweet and it makes sense almost &"candied&". Thanks to a new review, I understood the prepare occasions were off and so i adjusted the way i cooked.

Either consider using a different recipe or prepare the wieners and bacon on their own at 400 levels before the bacon is crisp. Then pour off the majority of the bacon grease. You’ll finish track of about 3/4 cup fat! Then melt the butter and brown sugar inside a microwave, mix well and spoon a tablespoon approximately over each. You likely won’t use all the butter/brown sugar mix unless of course you need to finish track of chocolate. Bake at 400 until bubbling throughout, about ten minutes. Should you prepare too lengthy you'll finish track of toffee.

They were quite simple to create and don’t take that lengthy to prepare. Built them into for Harvest Party tonight and that i insert them in slow cooker once they were cooked to help keep warm. Everybody loved them. Is going to be which makes them again soon.

I discovered your recipe on Pinterest, and that i understood it might be ideal for Super Bowl Sunday! To state these were a success could be putting it mildly everybody talked about how scrumptious these were! I baked them at 375 for 15 min, then switched up to 400 and baked for 10, however the bacon wasn’t quite crispy enough for me personally. And So I sprang them during the oven for an additional 10 min plus they were perfect! The brown sugar/butter mixture does appear a little soupy once they first emerge from the oven and things are bubbling, but without a doubt after they awesome lower a little that mixture becomes a heavenly glaze for that smokies plus they just melt inside your mouth! I'll certainly make these again.

These looked So great however they announced much more soupy sauce then your picture shows. The many other recipes such as this just use 3/4c brown sugar and omit the butter. I loved the thought of getting the caramelized sauce However it only agreed to be a significant amount of. The next time I’ll need to try cutting the quantity of butter sugar in two. I don’t understand how to save this batch though, I’ll need to drain it without a doubt.
