The very first time I chose to make this (didn't remember to examine) I adopted the recipe exactly also it was fantastic. The 2nd time I'd huge boneless chicken breasts and so i cut a pocket inside them and spread some dijon i then added some brie cheese and covered with the prosciutto. Excellent recipe with a lot of variation options. An excellent recipe.
Really, great. Amazing it's so quite simple! I'd dinner within the oven in 2 minutes flat. The flavour is excellent, which is probably the most moist and tender B/S chix breast I have available. I suppose the proscuitto keeps the juices from getting away. The mustard is a superb addition. I only were built with a spicy brown on hands, however it labored well. I would have a tip from another reviewer the next time and give a slice of swiss, before wrapping using the proscuitto. I am unsure how that will work however the proscuitto could still crisp up and also have a little extra treat underneath. I made use of fairly thick breasts and cooked them at 400 for half an hour. I'll certainly get this to again!
