This lovely chicken is really as good cold because it is away from the oven. It's moist, tender and lemony having a nice crunch. It is a scrumptious picnic entree in addition to a wonderful meal with scalloped or baked taters along with a fresh eco-friendly salad quietly. From Marion Lowery: Medford, Or.
