These great-tasting Zoysia style pizza are simple to prepare having a simple brine and an easy and quick 4 component sauce. Serve these wings using the traditional blue cheese dip or perhaps a blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing. or perhaps your favorite dip.   • ***Brine***
  • cold water
  • 1 tablespoon white-colored vinegar

  • ***Sauce***
  • 6 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce or similar
  • two tablespoons white-colored vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic clove powder
  • celery and dips, as preferred

Preparation

Wash the chicken and stop wing tips with kitchen shears. Cut the wings in the joint and include a bowl. Cover with cold water, 1 tablespoon of white-colored vinegar, and a pair of tablespoons salt. Cover and refrigerate for just two hrs.
