  • 1 eco-friendly bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 4 celery stalks, chop up
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • Melted butter
  1. Toss chicken with essential olive oil.
  2. Combine spices and sprinkle generously over chicken and underneath the skin.
  3. Cover at let sit overnight or not less than 4 hrs
  4. Preheat oven to 425.
  5. Line a casserole dish with foil.
