Baked ziti recipe ground beef and ricotta
Ingredients
  • two tablespoons essential olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • Two 14.5-ounce cans tomato sauce or marinara sauce
  • One 28-ounce can whole tomato plants with juice
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pound ziti
  • 1 1/2 pounds mozzarella, grated
  • One 15-ounce tub whole-milk ricotta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, plus much more for sprinkling
  • 2 eggs
Directions

Heat the essential olive oil inside a pot over medium heat. Add some garlic clove and onions and saute until beginning to melt, three or four minutes. Add some hamburger and sausage and prepare until browned. Drain off many of the fat, departing a little behind for flavor and moisture. Add some tomato sauce, tomato plants, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and a few pepper and salt. Stir, provide a simmer and simmer for twenty five to half an hour. Remove three or four glasses of the cooked sauce to some bowl to awesome lower.

Bring a sizable pot water to some boil and then add salt. Prepare the ziti until less than al dente .

Preheat the oven to 375 levels F.

Inside a bowl, mix 2 glasses of the grated mozzarella, the ricotta, Parmesan. parsley, eggs and a few pepper and salt. Stir together just a few occasions (don't mix completely).
