Baking bites peppermint marshmallows recipe

First- Today I've the recognition of posting at Jen’s place Tatertots Jello . I’m squealing with delight.

Mind on there to trap my recipe with this Chocolates Pistachio Fudge.

I needed to express today a fast little treat that's near dear to me. The thing is, each year while my mother-in-law was around she'd make these tasty little goodies for the Christmas get-together. I'd wallow in it in the counter from the bar just eat these until someone pulled me away. I don’t know what it's about the subject- however i can actually’t get enough. I've missed them a lot since she passed but haven't built them into myself. Well since i have am focused by myself mother’s health at this time- I've been craving stuff that restore fond recollections. And So I finally made the decision to create these (with my very own twist) share all of them with you.

The small marshmallows inside simply make me swoon.

Topping using the peppermint chocolate bar really required these one stage further.

Simple they'll be gone in a short time span.

Peppermint Crunch Bites

  • 2 cups white-colored choc chips
  • 2 tablespoons of shortening
  • 2-1/2 cups Captain Crunch Cereal
  • 2 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 Hershey's Chocolate Cane Chocolate Bar - damaged into pieces
  1. Measure your cereal & marshmallows & put aside.
  2. Ready your chocolate bar & put aside
  3. Combine white-colored choc chips & shortening in glass bowl
  4. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes - stirring every thirty seconds until completely melted
  5. Include your cereal & marshmallows - stir to coat evenly
  6. Scoop tablespoon size drops out & put on parchment lined baking sheet
  7. Sprinkle chopped peppermint chocolate bar on the top
  8. Refrigerate to set a minimum of one hour before serving.
  9. Store in airtight container at 70 degrees.
