  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • cup milk
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs/cracker crumbs
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • Cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 2 lbs lean hamburger
  • cup ketchup (for topping)
  • 4 medium size taters
  • 2 Cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup Velveeta Cheese (decline in small cubes)
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup and shape into 4 loaves
  2. *Add ketchup on the top the final hour of cooking
  3. *You don't need to add water towards the slow cooker.
  4. Place meatloaf into slow cooker
  1. Prick taters with fork and canopy with aluminum foil.
  2. Devote slow cooker beside meatloaves.
  3. Prepare in Slow cooker on low for six hrs.
  1. Place frozen broccoli covered in microwave for 8 minutes.
  2. Place the cheese on the top and prepare in microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Cover Taters using the broccoli topping.
