Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic clove, peeled
  • 6 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
Directions

For that chicken: Preheat the oven to 450 levels F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
