These popular no-bake cookies are created with oatmeal and chocolate, together with optional peanut butter along with other ingredients. They are fast and simple to organize and prepare in just a few minutes around the stovetop, ideal for that chocolate craving.

Here's my go-to recipe for convenient no-bake cookies, with some tasty variations together with a cacao version, one with coconut, with chopped nuts.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups quick oatmeal or folded oatmeal
  • 1 cup semisweet choc chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 to at least oneOr2 cup of peanut butter, optional
  • 4 ounces butter (8 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or regular milk
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Preparation

Place choc chips, oatmeal, vanilla, and peanut butter, if using, inside a large mixing bowl.

Combine the butter using the milk and sugar inside a saucepan provide a complete moving boil after which begin timing. Boil the mix for 1 full minute.

Combine the new butter and sugar mixture using the oatmeal and chocolate nick mixture. Stir before the chocolate has melted and also the mixture is well blended.

Chocolate Coconut No-Bake Cookies - Replace single serving from the oatmeal with 1 cup of flaked coconut.

Created Using Dried Fruit - Add 1 cup of raisins or chopped dried sweetened cranberries for an additional soft texture.
