ingredients

1 cup essential olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic clove, minced
2 cans French-style eco-friendly beans (drained)
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped into eighths (reserve liquid)
2 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
1 cup grated Mozzarella dairy product

directions

Heat the essential olive oil inside a large skillet or pot and saute the chopped onion and garlic clove.

Add some drained eco-friendly beans and also the chopped artichoke hearts and saute individuals for any couple of minutes, stirring from time to time.
