I've been making these eco-friendly bean fries as lengthy when i remember. I love eating my veggies by doing this, but eco-friendly beans are among my top picks, simply because they truly taste as being a French fry! I usually sprinkle them after some extra ocean salt once they emerge from the oven, and revel in them warm with low sugar ketchup. Recipe: Crispy Baked Parmesan Eco-friendly Bean Fries

  • Total Time: fifteen to twenty min(s)
  • Tempt picky eaters using these crispy eco-friendly beans baked with mozzarella dairy product.

    Ingredients

    • 1 (14 oz) Bag of frozen whole eco-friendly beans (or about 4 cups fresh)
    • 1/4 cup Mozzarella dairy product, grated
    • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic clove powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (in order to taste)
    • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper (in order to taste)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 levels. Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. If using frozen eco-friendly beans, pop the bag of eco-friendly beans within the microwave for several-4 minutes, or until just de-thawed (or you might leave them out at 70 degrees for any couple of hrs). If using fresh eco-friendly beans, wash and snip from the ends.
    3. Place eco-friendly beans on prepared baking pan, ensuring they're evenly disseminate, and they are not lounging on the top of one another, (this can ensure even crispiness!) Sprinkle seasonings and mozzarella dairy product evenly over eco-friendly beans.
    4. Place eco-friendly beans within the pre-heated oven and bake for 10-fifteen minutes, or until golden brown and crispy! (To ensure they are extra crispy, I love to broil them for an additional 1-2 minutes before pulling them from the oven). Enjoy immediately with low sugar ketchup or dipping sauce of preference.
