Green beans stir-fry shrimp recipe
  • two tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • two tablespoons oil
  • eight to ten large shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • 1 large Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 pound eco-friendly beans, ends trimmed and reduce halves
  • pepper to taste
  1. In a tiny bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Put aside.
  2. Inside a wide pan or wok over high temperature, heat oil. Add shrimps and prepare, stirring frequently, for around one to two minutes or simply until color changes to pink. Remove from pan and warm.
  3. Within the pan, add eco-friendly beans and prepare, stirring regularly, for around three or four minutes. Add onions and garlic clove and prepare, stirring regularly, for around one to two minutes. Add tomato plants and prepare, stirring regularly, until they start to soften. Add soy sauce-sugar mixture and shrimp. Season generously with pepper. Still prepare for around one to two minutes or until eco-friendly beans are tender yet crisp and shrimps are cooked through. Serve hot.
