Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 -17 oz can of cream style corn
  • 1 -17 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 oz ( cup) melted butter (Along with a little for that casserole dish)
  • cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • one or two Tablespoons your preferred hot sauce
  • 1- 8.5 oz package Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Directions

  1. Butter a couple qt casserole dish and hang aside.
  2. Inside a mixing bowl, combine the very first 8 ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle the Jiffy mix within the combined ingredients and fold along with a spatula. Don't beat the mix.
  4. Bake at 350 levels for roughly 50 minutes or until a toothpick placed in to the center arrives clean.
  5. Allow casserole to relax ten minutes before serving.
