Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) BUSH'S ® Black Beans
  • 1 can (16 oz) BUSH'S ® Deep Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can (16 oz) BUSH'S ® Pinto Beans
  • 2 lbs lean ground round beef
  • 3 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 small eco-friendly pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) tomato plants
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic clove salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger in heavy Nederlander oven or soup pot.
  2. Add chili powder and blend well. Add onion and pepper to meat and prepare for just two minutes. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream. Simmer on low heat for ten minutes.
  4. Top having a dollop of sour cream.
