Amounts will be different based on taste and quantity of servings needed. Make mashed taters while you usually do, adding drained sauerkraut and mix things up. Layer this mix, canned corned beef (smashed up) and swiss cheese (diced, sliced or grated) inside a casserole dish. The very best layer ought to be taters. Bake until hot and also the top is brown.

DH loves sandwiches created using the canned corned beef in the grocery. Today because he was building his lunch sandwich, I made the decision to make use of the lid towards the plastic container like a cutting board, since there's no pressure applied following the slice of meat is cut. There's no harm to the lid.

I'm searching for any recipe for something which was once known as Corned Beef Von Ruben. It had been created using canned corned beef and crutons and some kind of cheese. The recipe was once on the cruton can.
Thanks ahead of time,
Bonnie from Holley, NY
