Fondue chinoise recipe sauces for beef

This is a great recipe. Thanks a lot for posting it. We'd it for brand new Year's Eve with this buddies and everybody loved it. We used beef, chicken, scallops and shrimp. We even place in carrots and bok choy that was excellent within this broth. Used the leftovers to create a stew/soup the following day with a few instant noodles also it was every bit as good.

Excellent broth fondue, and very simple to prepare. The only real change I made ended up being to cut the quantity of butter in two. There is an excessive amount of broth to slot in our fondue pot, and so i created a fair quantity of the onions from the pot. We cooked chunks of sirloin steak, pork tenderloin and chicken white meat. These were all tasty, however i think I'd are saying the chicken was the best. The sauces overpowered the flavors from the broth, however i discovered that sweet thai chili sauce was wonderful around the chicken and pork. We used spicy plum and satay peanut sauce. I'd purchased some kalamata olive bread to possess like a side, but discovered it was also scrumptious when drizzled with the broth. It had been a pleasant sturdy loaf and was up well, but I am unsure the way a lighter bread might have fared. We'd attempted one broth fondue formerly, and were not impressed whatsoever. That one was far superior. I still think oil fondue is the best, but when I'll ever use broth again, it will be that one. Designed for PAC Spring '08.

It was outstanding! Exactly what a scrumptious and strange option to the oil-based meat fondues i have had to date. DH just could not give up eating and complimenting. Definetely a keeper, More healthy compared to oil-based ones. DH and that i just had the leftover broth with a few instant noodles ( as recommended by Mary L. #3) plus they were tasty. Many thanks with this wonderful recipe.
