Chakka ada recipe kerala style beef

Though My home is a village area, I haven’t sampled Chakka thoran / chakka ularthiyath till yesterday. After tasting it, Personally i think sad because of not giving it a go to date. Buddies, this can be a native kerala dish you should attempt atleast once.

My grandmother came home yesterday to see the ripe jackfruits within the courtyard, she requested to drag lower one. Together all of us prepared this jackfruit curry. It had been an very scrumptious one and that i’m really feeling sad because of not trying this before. Buddies, you should attempt this in your own home.

Here goes the stunning recipe from the grandmother with this traditional kerala dish. She knows lots of jackfruit recipes and that i have shared most of them within Cheenachatti.

  4. Inside a pan add oil, mustard seeds and saute.
  5. Once the seeds start to crackle add some curry leaves, the crushed shallots and red chillies.
  6. Saute, them till it might be brown.
  7. Add some cooked jackfruit and blend rid of it.
