Nadan Beef Curry

Beef curry recipes can be found in all sites and blogs.But this can be a recipe that we attempted and also got a great result with nice thick gravy and real nadan taste.I attempted a lot of beef gravy recipes,But this is actually the the one that impress my husband who loves Beef varieties.The color of the gravy may be the hue of Kashmiri chilli powder that we used which is not very spicy.The recipe is really easy and could be prepared within 30- 40 minutes.OK.Lets discuss the ingredients and approach to preparation.

  1. Beef - 1 kilo
  2. Onion (medium) - 3
  3. Garlic clove - 10 pods(reduce small pieces)
  4. Eco-friendly chillies - 8 (reduce lengthy slits)
  5. Ginger root - 1 Large piece(reduce small pieces)
  6. Tomato - 2
  7. Curry leaves - 5 leaflets
  8. Chilli powder - 2 Tb sp
  9. Coriander powder - 4 Tb sp
  10. Turmeric powder - 2 Ts sp
  11. Meat Masala - 2 Tb sp
  12. Pepper powder - 2 Ts sp
  13. Garam masala - 1 Ts sp or whole spices
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Cococnut oil - 5 Tb sp
  16. Water - 2-3 cups

Methods

1. Clean beef and reduce small - medium-sized pieces.Remove all water content and in fridge.

2. Have a pan and the flame as low and add all powder ingredients in list no.8 and warm it.Be careful,don't burn individuals powders.

3. Now have a oven,add oil.Once the oil will get warm add all spices.Whenever you have the spices aroma add small bits of garlic clove,ginger root,eco-friendly chillies and fry it.

4. Add finely cut onion pieces towards the above mix.Prepare onion until it might be translucent. For your,you can include some salt(TIPS).

5. Once the onion cooks correctly add some warm masala powders towards the onion garlic clove- ginger root mix and stir well making a good dry masala gravy.

6. Now add beef pieces together with tomato pieces, curry leaves and salt(to taste).Mix correctly and add almost 2-3 glasses of water.

7. Close the oven correctly and prepare for several whistles and turn off the flame.Once the pressure goes completely open the lid and serve the beef gravy curry with Grain,Chappathi,Paratha.It's best suited to ghee grain.

Notes

1.You should use the curry as a result after cooking,there is no need of additional masala or cooking.

2.Also,If you do not want too spicy so if you're get yourself ready for kids too,you are able to reduce the amount of chillies,ginger root and garlic clove to half and volume of each masala powders to half and 1 tomato is sufficient.

3.Add just as much curry leaves and employ coconut oil which can help to boost the taste and provides the tastes of Kerala.
