  2. Inside a mixer, blitz the shallots, garlic clove, lengthy red chillies, both turmerics, ginger root, galangal and tamarind until it forms a tough paste.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil inside a large pan on the medium heat. Stir within the paste and also the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, season with pepper and salt, and prepare for five minutes.
