Beef yakisoba recipe with corn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb soba or even 1/2 pound udon, or even every other thick noodles
  • 2 Tablespoons of. sesame oil
  • 1/2 lb beef, tenderloin, sliced, thinly
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 2 x baby bok choy or even 1 handful cabbage, leaves, minced
  • 2 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 x red pepper, minced
  • 1 x yellow pepper, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice
  • 1/4 c. oyster sauce
  • 1 handf cilantro, minced

Directions

  1. Place the noodles onto prepare.
  2. Heat the oil inside a wok over high temperature. Include the beef and prepare for one minute. Include the onion, bok choy, celery and peppers. Prepare 3-4 min, adding within the five-spice.
  3. Drain the noodles and add to the wok. Toss with oyster sauce and serve with cilantro sprinkled over top.
