directions

Spray within the slow cooker in the kitchen area spray.

Dredge the stew meat in white-colored flour seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic clove powder (to taste for the family). Brown the seasoned meat in large skillet in herbal and drain well.

Place the onion, carrots and taters in to the slow cooker. Put the drained meat on the top from the raw veggies. Place the diced tomato plants on the top from the meat. Pour the crushed tomato plants within the dices tomato plants.

Prepare on high for just two hrs, stir rapidly to combine, cover and prepare on low for around 6 hrs more, before the veggies are tender. (In case your slow cooker will get really hot, just prepare one hour on high, then stir and switch it to low for 7 hrs approximately)
