We’re calling that one Raspberry Chipotle Chicken. It’s produced from Fischer Wieser Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, that is a sauce you can purchase at Costco. The chicken am tasty so we can’t wait to get it again.

Raspberry Chipotle Chicken

  • 4 chicken white meat boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup panko
  • 2 TB butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chipotle sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • pepper and salt to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels. Sprinkle chicken breasts with pepper and salt and dip in panko crumbs. Put aside.
