- Divide the blackberries, lemons and rosemary oil evenly in between each tumbler, adding a juniper berry and tablespoons of honey. These can be created in advance and sit within the fridge until your visitors arrive.
- When you’re prepared to serve, make use of a muddler or moving pin to mash the berry mixture before the fruit is crushed. Fill each glass with ice, top with 50ml gin along with a dash of soda water, stir well and serve.
