Alton brown cranberry dipping sauce recipe

Made some changes towards the recipe, used fresh cranberries, gingerbeer ( non-alcohol), and a pair of glasses of light Brown sugar (couldn't read my handwriting). Sometimes mistakes work wonderful, specifically for individuals with a sweet tooth. The coming year will boil fresh ginger root to provide some depth.

We actually enjoyed reading this sauce we like strong ginger root flavor so added a little pinch of powdered ginger root and made the decision to not blend. The sauce provided an excellent, full flavor that complimented our poultry quite nicely, and would accompany pork superbly too. It's strong orange and ginger root flavor (particularly with the additional pinch), but additionally reminds of the traditional orange-cranberry-sugar relish. Excellent.

Chose to make this for Thanksgiving also it was the only real factor people didn't touch. I love cranberry sauce, however this would be a little much. You will need to love cranberries to like this. However, Used to do need to use fresh cranberries since my supermarket was without frozen.
