Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 standard box plain white-colored cake mix (2-layer)

  • 4 large eggs

Icing

  • 1/2 cup butter, 70 degrees (1 stick)
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup frozen sliced bananas in syrup, thawed*

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 levels F. Line twenty-four 2 1/2-inch muffin cups with paper bake cups put aside.
  2. For cupcakes, by having an electric mixer, beat the wedding cake mix, gelatin, oil, bananas, and water until fully combined. Add eggs, individually, beating well after each addition.
