Summer berry mille feuille gordon ramsay recipe for steak

I do not eat scallops and none of my household eats steak, but can you accept is as true - all of us eat chocolate mousse. I'm talking about Gordon Ramsay's Cookalong Live. that was proven on Funnel 4 last Friday, coupled with people running towards the shops to purchase the components.

OK, and so i cheated making the chocolate mousse earlier in yesterday the show was aired. I figured the boys would enjoy eating it as the show was on, and I am not going to be messing around in the kitchen area that late into the evening anyway - however, it had been chocolate.

It had been the very first Gordon Ramsay recipe I've ever made and that i thought the mousse am-so. It had crme fraiche inside it, which wasn't to my taste, however i really loved adding the Crunchie bars and can remember that for future desserts!

This really is my entry with this month's Sugar High Friday, being located by CandyRecapper. and also the theme would be to make something with store-bought chocolate inside it, therefore, the Crunchie .

Gordon Ramsay's Chocolate Mousse

150g chocolates
250ml crme fraiche
284ml double cream
25g icing sugar, sifted
1-2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur (optional)
2 chocolate covered honeycombs, 40g each (frozen for ten minutes)

Break the chocolates into small pieces (reserving 25g for grating later) and put inside a bowl that matches snugly on the pan of boiling water. Leave before the chocolate has completely melted after which remove in the heat and hang aside.

Add some crme fraiche towards the melted chocolate and whisk until combined. Place the double cream and icing sugar right into a separate bowl and whisk by having an electric whisk until it forms soft peaks. Fold the chocolate mixture in to the cream, add some coffee liqueur and stir to mix.

Take away the chocolate covered honeycomb bars in the freezer, take away the packets and wrap these questions clean tea towel. Put the tea towel within chopping board and press lower difficult on the chopping board to crush the honeycomb. Open the tea towel and tip the crushed honeycomb in to the mousse and lightly fold finished a spatula. (I simply bashed them lightly having a moving pin with the wrapper).

Spoon the mousse into four small serving dishes after which grate within the remaining chocolate and serve. (I saved a few spoons from the cream to visit on the top from the mousse - done!)

Lava Lamp Update
The brand new lamp is within place and it is even 'more awesome' compared to one I broke - that one is really a traditional shape with red lava. Cappuccino muffins take presctiption recption menus again.
