Taste of home one crust blueberry pie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • four to six tablespoons cold water
  • FILLING:
  • 4 cups fresh particularly

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Dash salt
  • one to two teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions
