I wasn't looking to such as this recipe, however i thought I'd try it out since i had everything on hands and that i was searching for any sugar-free bread. It had been really very good! Just a little dry, just a little bland, but good (particularly if you cheat and give a little "butter" for your slice). I designed a second loaf and added 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmet, 1/2 teaspoon ginger root, 1/2 teaspoon cloves and a pair of tblspns of Splenda. It made the home smell wonderful! Also it added a bit more excitement towards the bread. I am giving this 5 stars because I'll get this to again and trying variations. Thank you for writing this recipe!
My loved ones enjoyed reading this heathly bread. I added the spices and a tiny bit of sugar as you member suggested. The spices added that something extra the bread needed. The bread didn't emerge searching that pretty. It did crack and didn't spread evenly. It was my very first time baking a bread of the type. Overall, I had been pleased. The next time, I'll attempt to perfect my kneeding techniques. I offered this with pumpkin butter. It had been nice to determine a recipe with simply a couple of healthy ingredients. Thanks!
I personally don't like writing bad reviews however this bread was terrible. My hubby slathered a slice with butter and couldn't even consume the whole piece. Then my daughter the bread monger grabbed a slice and quickly restore it after only one bite. This is actually the same girl who ate a whole loaf of honey wheat bread (#5245829).I attempted it and located it very bland it were built with a very strange flavor. Unsure whether it was the flour (King Arthur wheat grains flour) or even the pumpkin (my very own, fresh puree) or even the combination, but I won't make it again. Possibly the loaf can make good croutons because it's presently within my freezer until needed.
