I am a new comer to breadmaking, however i loved this. I did not have brown sugar, however it still switched out great. Slightly sweet, soft, not very dense, and filled with a wealthy, wheat flavor. Everything I make in the future will need to rival this.
Love, love, like it! Quite simple, simple, and scrumptious. It was my first attempt for wheat grains bread and i'm extremely pleased using the result. The loaf was everything I possibly could ever request inside a wheat grains bread and also the component list is ideal--easy and nothing crazy (ex. potato flakes. gross). I halved the recipe to simply make one loaf, because two loaves could have been excessive in my diet. But apart from halving the recipe, I didn't make every other modifications. I might use honey rather of brown sugar the next time, or both, I am only a sucker for honey wheat grains bread. So thanks spacholl for discussing this!
