This recipe created a very nice dough. It rose well and browned superbly within the oven. In the end your time and effort I must admit I had been wishing for any more sour taste, it smelled a lot more like sourdough than sampled enjoy it. Still a scrumptious bread. My toddler and that i ate three pieces between us when it had been awesome enough to munch! I recieve good consistent results with this particular recipe every time I bake this bread.
