This recipe sounded much better than it switched out for me personally. I winds up too runny and mushy in my tastes. Still edible, simply not my favorite bread pudding. Suggestions?
I'd one half loaf of wheat grains bread that must be used, and so i made the decision to create this like a healthy version in the morning with half the sugar and a bit more raisins and a few added nuts/seeds (I'd pumpkin seeds) and a few ground flax-seed. I Then offered it to my toddler after some powdered sugar on the top and frozen particularly. He devoured it. After studying another reviews, I made use of in regards to a cup more cubed bread and rather less milk, however discovered that it had not been moist enough in my taste, and so i guess it simply depends upon your taste. Also, the main one other factor I'd add for the next time is a touch salt to create the flavor from the other spices (unsure just how much yet).
We LOVED this recipe! We overlooked the raisins, but anything else remained exactly the same. We'll get this to again, and again, and again.
