This recipe is simple, quick, and incredibly good. I gave it four only stars since i think the initial recipe can use more bananas. On my small second try, I added yet another blueberry which introduced it to 5 stars. Very tasty, moist, also it freezes perfectly, too. I've managed to get a couple of occasions owing to variations, for example baking in small four loaf pans (reduce baking time for you to 40 minutes) and adding Ghirardelli bittersweet choc chips. Nutrients!
I made half recipe to possess only one loaf. I baked it an hour as if you stated also it was perfect. The flavour is amazing. I made use of margarine and fewer sugar than written.
