  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed having a fork (about 1 cup)

Inside a standing mixer fitted using the paddle attachment or by having an electric hands-held mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Having a rubber spatula. add the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold within the nuts and transfer the batter towards the prepared pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick placed into the middle of the bread arrives clean. Awesome the bread within the pan on the wire rack for five minutes. Turn the bread from the pan and let awesome completely around the rack. Wrap in plastic wrap. The blueberry bread is better if offered the following day.
