Sponge cake recipe bread machine

Ingredients for that bread (Make 2 loaves)
100 ml cold water
20 gm butter
1/3 egg beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
160 gm bread flour
40 gm plain flour
2 teaspoon milk powder
21/2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/3 teaspoon yeast

Ingredients for Sponge Cake
(A)
330 gm eggs (without covering)
400 gm Sponge Mix Flour

(C)
1 teaspoon coffee paste
1 teaspoon chocolate paste

Way of making the bread.

Add all ingredients in to the bread pan within the order in the above list /stand mixer.

Using Bread Machine.

Knead the dough within the bread machine while using Dough cycle for 1/2 hour. After 1/2 hour go ahead and take dough in the bread machine and set it inside a bowl, cover having a plastic film, allow it to proof inside a warm spot for 50- an hour, or until it's double its size.

Dough might be mixed and kneaded inside a bowl of the stand mixer while using flat beater for mixing the dough ingredients, and taking advantage of the dough hook attachment for kneading ( knead the dough for 1/2 hour )

Place dough inside a large bowl, cover with plastic film and allow it to proof inside a warm spot for 50 to an hour or until it's bending in dimensions.

Note: A good option to proof the dough is incorporated in the oven without switching it on. Put two glasses of warm water within the oven to supply some water and heat vapour.

Following the dough has bending in dimensions, transform it out onto a floured surface and knead gently, knocking out any large air bubbles. Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape each bit right into a ball. Allow them to rest for ten minutes. Flatten them and roll all of them up just like a swiss roll. Greased 2 sandwich loaf tins (L18 cm x W 10 cm x H 10 cm ) and line along side it and bottom with greaseproof papers. Place 2 rolls into each sandwich loaf tin. Cover and allow proof (within the oven with 2 glasses of warm water) for forty-five minutes or until it's double in dimensions. Pour within the sponge cake batter. Bake for twenty five minutes at 180 C. Remove immediately when baked. Allow it to awesome on wire rack.

Way of making Sponge Cake

Cream (A) till light and fluffy. Include (B) and blend well. Lastly add (C) and blend till well incorporated. Divided the batter into 2 equal parts and pour it in to the sandwich loaf tins.
