Danish apple cake recipe bread crumbs

300 ml Whipping Cream

Vanilla and Sugar to taste.

Peel, core and slice the apples.
Prepare the apples using the water inside a pot to some thick paste and add sugar and vanilla to taste. Leave to awesome lower.

Mix bread crumbs and sugar.

1 kg Apples
Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
60-70 g Butter
200 ml Whipping Cream

Method:

Cut the pealed Apple into small pieces.
Mix Bread Crumbs and Brown sugar.

Grease a stove dish or tin and layer the apples and also the bread crumbs mixture which means you finish track of a layer of bread crumbs at the very top and press it in to the tin or oven dish.

Melt the butter and pour it over.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 45 min.
