Best wheat bread recipe bread machine

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm milk (70° to 80°)
  • 1/2 cup water (70 to 80)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • two tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup wheat grains flour
  • 2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. In bread machine pan, place all ingredients so as recommended by manufacturer. Select fundamental bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake based on bread machine directions (check dough after a few minutes of mixing add one to two tablespoons water or flour as needed). Yield: 1 loaf (1-1/2 pounds).
