Ladies finger vendakkai 15
Almonds badam 8
Cardamom 1
Fennel powder 1/4 teaspoon

Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
Kasoori Methi 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh cream 2 tblsp
Milk 1/4 cup

Method:
  • Soak almonds in serious trouble for ten minutes and remove your skin.
  • Cut the women finger into big pieces.
  • Grind onion, almonds,fennel powder,ginger root, kasoori methi and cardamom right into a fine paste.

  • Inside a pan add oil and saute the women finger up until the stickiness goes and becomes light brown colour. Add little salt for this while cooking.
  • Inside a pan add oil and add some ground masala. and saute it inside a low flame for five minutes.
  • Grind 1 and 1/2 tomato into puree and chop 1/2 from the tomato directly into small cubes. Add some tomato puree for this cooked masala.

  • Permit this to prepare inside a medium low flame. Add some red chilli powder ,salt and garam masala for this.
  • Prepare this up until the raw smell beeps. You can include little water if you would like.
  • Now add some chopped tomato plants and prepare for just two-3 minutes.
