After my little photo shoot I possessed a couple slices having a cream cheese but my boys, 3 and 4 yrs old completed among the loaves plain. Tonight we are getting leftover Roast Sticky Chicken, fruit and plant tea for supper. This bread with butter, slices of honey cured pork, and good havarti cheese is a perfect compliment. Thanks. o)
I chose to make this bread after some milk (rather of dry milk) along with a little coffee (rather of instant). Also, I managed to get using my mixer with dough hook rather of the bread machine. It labored perfectly. Best pumpernickel I've sampled!
The best Pumpernicklel bread I,ve sampled! Bread lasted merely a couple of hrs. (also it was a significant large loaf. Beautiful with sliced Gruyere cheese, pork, mustard and sliced tomato! Or simply with cottage type cheese or maybe even buttered. I am going to make my second loaf. Also, this bread will work for the metabolic rate!
