Ingredients

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour,plus much more for dusting

  • For that Topping:
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter,melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 to at least oneOr4 teaspoon garlic clove powder
  • Pinch of dried oregano
Directions
