FOR EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

  • Melted butter/Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbsp .)
  • Sweetened condensed milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbsp .)
  • Vanilla flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  • Cake flour/Plain four 1 Cup (16 tbsp .)
  • Unsweetened cacao powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbsp .)
  • Sodium bicarbonate 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Warm coffee/Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbsp .)
  • Chocolate frosting 1/2 Cup (8 tbsp .) (Accustomed to bind crumbled cake)
  • Cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbsp .)
  • Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon (Your preferred filling may be used for example Jam/Jelly, fruits or Nuts)
  • Cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbsp .)
  • Chocolate nick 3/4 Cup (12 tbsp .)
  • Preheat oven at 425 F.

    Inside a mixing bowl add melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla flavoring. Blend them well.

    Inside a Large plate, sift together the dry ingredients for cake (Flour, cacao, sodium bicarbonate and powder).

    Alternatively mix dry ingredients and occasionalOrdrinking water using the condensed milk and butter mixture. Before you begin the blender make certain the flour mix is wetted completely. Then blend well.

    Pour the batter onto a baking tray that has been lined having a parchment paper. Tap it to even it.

    Because it is a skinny cake it wouldn't take greater than 6-8 minutes to bake the wedding cake at 425 F.

    When the cake is completed, allow it to awesome lower, then crumble it.

    In to the crumbled cake add chocolate frosting. Mix rid of it.

    Press lower the crumbled mix right into a parchment paper or aluminum foil.
