1 1/2 c tepid to warm water
1/2 c honey
2 T soft butter
2 c bread flour
1 t salt
2 t instant coffee
1 2/3 c wheat flour
1 T cacao
1 T sugar
1 pkg yeast
corn meal
30 drops yellow food color
45 drops blue food color
75 red food color

Combine the flours, cacao, sugar, coffee and salt in large bowl. Create a depression or "well" in the center of the dry mixture. Pour the nice and cozy water into this "well," adding the butter, honey and yeast.
