Slightly sweet and quite light for homemade bread, they are my personal favorite sandwich rolls.
1 c Water
2 T Unsalted Margarine
1/4 c Egg Substitute
3 1/4 c Bread Flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 T Yeast
Devote bread machine so as per manufacturer. Process on dough cycle. At finish of cycle remove to some floured board. Pull into 10 pieces. Shape each right into a rounded, flattened roll and put on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until double, about 1/2 hour. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 12-fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
